Deemcee is a structured confidence speaking programme for children aged 5 to 12. Established in 2017, our mission is simple: to give every child the skills, tools, and confidence to speak up and be heard.

Dr. Elaine Loo
Double PhD Holder, specialising in Education and Curriculum Development
Dr. Elaine Loo is a researcher in educational psychology, curriculum development, and family education. Back in 2017, she founded Deemcee with one goal: to give every child the confidence to find and use their voice.
Her research-backed approach, combined with years of hands-on work with children and families, forms the foundation of everything Deemcee does.

How Do We Build Confidence Here?
Everyone can speak. Speaking with confidence is a skill — and it develops through structured practice, real feedback, and the right environment.
Occupational Thematic Learning
Children practise speaking as news presenters, tour guides, doctors, photographers, entrepreneurs and many other themed occupations. Real-world themes form a fun foundation that links directly to future-ready skills.
Kaizen Progression
We live by the value of "Kaizen" — small, steady improvements. Celebrating every step builds confidence in students, teachers, and the whole community.
Challenge Day
At the end of each term, our students perform on a live stage in front of a real audience. In advanced grades, students even take on entrepreneur and CEO interviews, and street interview challenges.
Video Assignments
Students' speech presentations are recorded at fixed milestones to review their progress before they move on to the next stage — so growth is something you can actually see and hear.
International Recognition (Optional)
For our Superkids graduates, we offer the option to sit for the Trinity College London Communication Examinations — an internationally recognised speaking certification. 60+ Deemcee students have already earned this credential.
